Website Updates and Patch Notes

Heya Everyone,

For the sake of transparancy, I was wanting to be more open about what changes are happening in the life of the website. The site itself is and shall always be an evolving place with new features and content, and I wish to highlight that by posting changes and website patch notes. From page changes, to Nobebb updates and new plugins.

General Text Changes

• Changed footer to better represent the website contributors -Bradley
• Changed About section on the front page to About Us and rewrote the about section -Bradley, Clive and Dave
• Removed unesessary link to the livestream -Bradley
• Began work on a live chat for the livestream -Bradley

Added better support for twitch live chat

• Removed "This feature is a work in progress"
• Added text under livestream to let people know there is a chat
• Added link to how to make a twitch account under the live chat
• Started adding comments to code

Small back end changes

• Any files in purged posts will now be removed from the database in 5 days
• Added the ability to upload zip and 7z files to the website
• Gave the staff role the ability to ban users

• Added global recent posts to front page
• Added service specific recent posts to Worship page
• Removed blue accents from the entire website, and replaced them with purple as per the Church logo
• Started work on a banner and popup for announcements (still needs mobile phone functionality and can be previewed on testpage2 and testpage3
