      Rev. Dr Ean Pearce

      Further Details:
      Rev. Dr Ean Pearce was a minister of the Uniting Church and former Methodist Church. He was much loved by his wife Marie and children, Martin, Vaughan, Jeremy and Katrina and their families.

      Ean served in the Orange, Condobolin, Peak Hill, Oberon, Dubbo, Cherrybrook and Chatswood South congregations, as a chaplain at Uniting Wesley Gardens Belrose and as the Secretary for Central West Presbytery.

      Rev. Robert (Bob) Evans

      Further Details:
      Rev. Robert (Bob) Evans was passionate about preaching of the saving power of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He studied widely the subject of Church History, in particular Revivals, and wrote several books on the subject. Bob served in Granville, Parramatta North, Boolaroo/Speers Point, Leeton, Maclean, Lower Blue Mountains, Warrumbungles.

      Bob was a widely acclaimed amateur astronomer. He was awarded an OAM in 1988 for “contributions to Science – Astronomy”, and much more recently an MA from Macquarie University. Bob also holds the record for visual discoveries of supernovae.

      Bob is survived by his wife Elaine and their family.
